Shipping
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only within the USA.
What is the price for delivery?
All orders are shipped free of charge throughout the USA.
How long is the delivery time?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days (Monday–Saturday) after your order has been processed and shipped.
In total, most orders arrive within 4–9 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately at info@mi-maya.com. We will replace the item or offer you a refund.
Returns
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 30 days of receiving them, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (Monday–Saturday).
How should goods be returned?
All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts not caused by us cannot be accepted.
Is there a fee for returned items?
No, we do not charge any fees for returning items.
