Orders received before 6:00 PM (New York Time) are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day.

Processing time is 1–2 business days. (Monday - Saturday)
After dispatch, standard delivery in USA typically takes 3–7 business days. (Monday - Saturday)

This means that the total delivery time (processing + delivery) is 4–9 business days in total. (Monday - Saturday)

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping delays, weather conditions or holidays.

3. Courier Service

We partner with trusted and reliable courier companies, including USPS, to ensure safe delivery of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you need to update your address, please contact us at info@mi-maya.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
